The Park City Area HBA will be hosting Builder Only events quarterly to bring you education, important information, and networking opportunities with other builders in our community.

January 14th will feature guest speaker, Robert Spendlove, Senior Economist at Zions Bank.

Robert will discuss the economic environment facing our nation in 2026. He will explain how to interpret ongoing changes in the labor market, inflation, interest rates, demographics, and financial markets. He will discuss how tariffs, federal tax and spending changes, deregulation, and a looming national debt crisis impact our economy. Robert will help you gain insights into how you can benefit in times of uncertainty.

Lunch will be provided by Sea to Ski Premier Home Management, so please arrive at 11:30am to grab your lunch and a seat!
